Strawberry and Banana Oat Smoothie

Smoothies are so easy to make and something I swear by if I can’t be bothered with breakfast. Here is a recipe for one of my favourites.

Ingredients;

  • ½ Cup of Strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 cups of Almond Milk
  • 1 cup of Alpro soy yogurt
  • 1 cup of plain oats
  • 2 Tsp of Honey  

Method; Blitz together in a blender, chill in the fridge for an hour or more and serve.
