Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

This is an easy recipe, perfect for preparing in advance and keeping in the fridge ready for the morning.

1 Banana

½ Cup of Blueberries

½ Cup of Oats

500ml Organic Soya Milk

2 Tsps Maple Syrup

Blitz together until smooth and store in the fridge.

Serves 1
